hey guys...sounds HOT!...we just got a break in the heat after a semi-stormy tuesday fun run at mt. nebo.

how do you guys feel after having a rest to get used to the altitude? does it take longer to recover without as much oxygen?

i saw sue rothermel a few days ago and asked if she knew what you guys are doing, and she did.

take care
