hey guys...just wanted to let you know that that there is another "geezer" cheering you on..my Grandma!

I told her about your trip and now she asks how you guys are doing when I see her.

We have had some lovely weather here this week, and the always fantastic mt. gretna fun run was as good as ever. Smith's challenge was a blast guess who showed up to run? Mr. Ron Horn himself!

we are all thinking about you guys.

take care

Hey guys - keep on going. Remember, one foot down, the other foot up, one foot down, the other foot up. When that gets taxing, mix it up, one foot up, the other foot down. Look forward to seeing more of your pictures. Sounds amazing.

I love reading your blogs and am wishing you the best! I blew out my first bike tire this weekend on some broken glass! What a pain to change!
